Privacy

What we store. Your email address and a salted password hash (for your account); API keys (hashed); usage metering (rendered seconds per month); render job metadata (7 days); media you upload and videos you render (see retention in the terms). Server logs (IP, request path) for security and debugging.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, run third-party ad trackers, or use your content for anything except rendering your videos.

Where. Data is processed and stored on our servers in the UK/EU region, with nightly backups retained 14 days.

Your rights. Email us to export or delete your account and data: hello@json2mp4.com. Deletion removes your account, keys, templates, uploads and pending jobs; backups age out within 14 days.
