Terms of Service

The service. JSON2MP4 renders videos from JSON specifications via an API and website. During the beta the service is provided free of charge, as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We may change limits, features or these terms while in beta; material changes will be announced on the site.

Your content. You keep all rights to media you upload and videos you render. You grant us only the technical permissions needed to store, process and deliver them back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any media you use, and for the content of your videos.

Fair use. No unlawful content, no infringement, no attempts to disrupt the service or other customers. Rate limits and quotas apply per plan. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Retention. Rendered videos are downloadable for 7 days, then deleted. Uploaded assets and templates persist until you delete them or your account.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (during the free beta: nothing).
